Call for Posters
Share Your Revitalization Stories!
The Department of Ecology is proud to announce a poster gallery at the Brownfields and Land Revitalization Conference.
The poster sessions will provide attendees with an opportunity to share project successes, innovative ideas, and new applications of technology. Posters can address a wide array of Brownfield-related goals, objectives and initiatives, including environmental restoration, economic revitalization, natural resources preservation, conservation and recreational-based beneficial reuse, enhancement of financial and regulatory incentives, job creation and training, public health, environmental equity and justice, and community outreach and education. The poster sessions will be held in a high-visibility area throughout the conference. If you are interested in bringing a poster to the conference, please email Jessica Brandt at jebr461@ecy.wa.gov with the following information:
- Title of poster
- Institution or organization name
- 250 word abstract
- Contact name, address, phone number, and e-mail address
Specifications:
- Please make your poster 3 feet wide x 4 feet high
- Posters must be mounted so they can stand on an easel
- Participant is responsible for bringing an easel
Please note: Deadline for submitting a request for poster space is September 15, 2008). POSTERS that promote the sales of products or services will not be allowed.
