The Advanced Volunteer Management Certificate Program includes four online courses for managers of volunteers in the key areas of

• Organizing and Managing Episodic Volunteers
• Risk Management
• Outcome-based Volunteer Programs
• Volunteers as Middle Managers

All four courses focus on practical real-life learning exercises. To enroll in the advanced courses, participants must have earned the Basic Volunteer Management Certificate (VMCP) or enroll in the Volunteer Management Portfolio Course.
