CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and must be emailed to Dana Schlenker at dschlenker@wsu.edu no later than September 1st 2008. A $25 administration fee will be charged for cancelling your registration. No cancellations will be accepted after September 1st. Substitutions are welcome at any time. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

*When making your reservations, please mention you are with the Solar Summit Conference to receive the discounted room rate of $79 (wetland view) and $89 (ocean view) per night. Reservations must be received by August 30th to receive the conference rate.
