The Western Bridge Engineers' Seminar is a biennial cooperative effort of Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Its purpose is the exchange of information between government agencies, consultants, contractors, educators, and suppliers of subjects of current interest to the design, construction, and maintenance of bridges.

THE DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO MAY 1, 2009
