ATTENDEE REGISTRATION
All confirmations, invoices and receipts will be provided via email. Please make
sure to input the attendees email address since all communications for the conference
will be sent through this email. If invoices/receipts need to be provided at a different
address please email Emily Houg at ehoug@wsu.edu and
she will send the invoice/receipt to the requested email.
Online Registration
Printable Registration
Online registration will close Wednesday, September 23rd at morning at 9am, we are no
longer accepting registrations via mail or fax.
If you missed out on the online registration and you are interested in attending the
conference please registered on-site starting Monday morning (Sept. 28th at 7 am).
Payment must be presented at the time of registering. On-site registration fee $130.00
POST CONFERENCE
If you wish to attend the post conference Wednesday, September 30th you must registration
prior as space is limited. Please mark the post conference box online or on the printable
form in order to register for the post session.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS/CERTIFICATE
Participants attending the full conference will receive a certificate for 15 contact hours.
You must indicate on the registration form that you wish to receive the certificate and/or
CEU credits.
