Welcome to the Northwest Parenting and Family Education Conference website. The 2009 Conference promises to be another exciting opportunity for parent educators and childcare providers to experience dynamic keynote speakers and a wealth of workshop choices. This year the conference moves to a new location at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood, Washington.
