Set
Up/Take Down
10x5 space includes two 4x2 tables, one sign showing name of exhibit
and name tags, electrical outlets are available.
10x10 space
includes four 4x2 tables, one sign showing name of exhibit and name
tags, electrical outlets are available.
Set
Up Does Not Include:
Table coverings or skirts, extension cords or any other equipment
i.e. TV, video player, etc. Parenting conference staff is available
to set up not for profit tables for a $30 fee.
Promotion
NW Parenting and Family Education Conference vendors are expected
to promote the conference and their participation when possible.
Vendors who submit a URL for their web site, will have a link posted
on the NW Parenting and Family Education Conference web site under
exhibits.
Sale
of Items
There will be no sale of items at not-for-profit tables.
Arrival/Departure
Vendors may temporarily park at the building while unloading or
loading. After unloading and on the day of the event, vendors must
park in the WSU Vancouver parking lot.
Register
as a Vendor
Registration for Vendors is available on the web by going to the
NW Parenting and Family Education Conference web page and clicking
on the “Registration”
button.
