Telework Self-Assessment

Working from home, a satellite office or telework center (teleworking) presents challenges for both ( delete -those doing the work and their) employer and employee. The following ten statements represent issues you should consider when determining if teleworking is for you. Being able to respond "yes" to all of the statements indicates that you probably would be a good candidate for teleworking. Responses of "somewhat" or "no" to a statement indicate you may need to evaluate those issues more thoroughly.

You can learn more about what kinds of job and home situations are conducive to teleworking and how to improve your skills through the WSU course "Telework—An Online Course for Employees." To register, select the "Register Now" link from the Telework home page.
